Impact Week Jordan 2019

The Impact Week is an intercultural initiative, stemming from a network of professionals from 120+ large organisations, who exchange knowledge on how to implement Design Thinking in their work environments. During the Impact Week, coach members gather in different countries to extend this knowledge to locals in a huge Design Thinking workshop where they find user-centric solutions to local challenges. Impact Week is a massive train-the-trainer x ideathon, organised all voluntarily.

I joined Impact Week in Jordan as a Senior Coach to train and train and a team of 6 future Design Thinking coaches and shadow-coach them in their project teams, each with 5 students.

My mission was to deliver a cultural sensitive coaching approach and foster safe spaces for my coaches and their teams to explore ideas and their skills to venture into business ideas that leave a sizeable impact on the local community.
